I did gag at her mentioning Fred's tape though. Too much over-reliance on prepared props. I loved Keta's look but her snatch was safe for me. She had the best joke of the night with "Shit on your stick and seed on your bill. I actually liked Puny's look and thought she should have won overall. I thought they were gonna give her the win! But I forget how much runway counts for this show.Īnd what a runway! Most of the girls turned it out. I thought Love's lipsync gave the right amount of camp and there was mystifying, almost tragic beauty she had lip-synching up there in her gremlins look.Īlso, shocked that Tabitha landed bottom 3 with how well received her performances was. That association with Envy and Abby really working overtime huh

That said, this is the 2nd week in a row, that Ivy-Elysse has lost a lip sync and they didn't send her home. OK the monsters lip-synching to Celine is pure camp. I loved seeing the DRH1 contestants come back! Their looks on this runway were even a serve - and it once again reminded me what a goddamn amazing winner Envy Peru is Ugh, imagine how wonderful it'll be if, in the same year, we get crowns on both Vanessa and Kylie Sonique Love - after a decade of controversial opinions regarding the trans community, it's about time RPDR starts making amends, and it'll only be more justified that it's two incredible queens. MAJOR SPOILER ALERT: Take this with a grain of salt, but I read on Reddit that Vanessa does so well, the crown is basically assured to be hers - the rumour is that they didn't even bother filming alternative crownings, she just slays the competiton that hard.

No particular favourites yet, but I do have my eye on a few of them - Love Masisi (LOVE her song, and she gives off such wonderful vibes), The Countess (gives me Gigi Goode energy - not in a shady way, but just being extremely young, self-assured and clearly gifted) and Vanessa Van Cartier, who I think is going to be one of the most interesting queens in this franchise? Cute premiere! Glad we got something of a departure from normal premiere episodes (photoshoot + introductory challenge, like "my hometown"), and I think starting with a talent show can actually be a good way to introduce these queens to the audience.
